I provide individual counselling for  teens and adults, in English or Afrikaans. All counselling is confidential and is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, or life changes, I am here to offer you the support that you need.

I work in a friendly and down-to-earth manner, supporting my clients to feel as comfortable as possible discussing their challenges with me. My aim is to support you to reach your goals and to feel empowered by the counselling process. I work from a Christian perspective while drawing on various therapeutic approaches including ACT, DBT and person-centered therapy.

Individual sessions run for 50-minutes

Online: $110 per session

In-person: $120 per session

Parenting consultations: $120 per hour
